"Faci-L-ite XR" is a comprehensive management software developed by Microsoft that works in conjunction with HoloLens (an MR device) to support on-site operations. Additionally, it enables the display of manuals, drawings, and work checklists in the spatial environment, allowing for hands-free operations. It addresses challenges faced in the workplace, such as chronic labor shortages, the transfer of skills from veterans to younger employees, the complexity of administrative procedures, and measures against close contact, by leveraging XR technology. In addition to voice conversations, it allows for remote sharing of lines, documents (such as drawings and manuals), PDFs, and Excel files projected into the on-site space from a PC.
